Is it possible to replicate this using ENB or ReShade? I might try doing that sometime. 8 bit textures helps a lot in odin sphere on dx9 from 33-37 in some places to 70-85 without any speedhacks, the only way to get almost that much fps is using EE x3 + IOP x2 + waitcycles sync that gets 65-73 without EE x3 that speed is like 33-37. I dig the dynamic shadows when they're crisp, it really compliments the matte look of the game.

Hypatia seemingly didn't, though, she painted over the originals at insane resolutions. The engine itself obviously uses raster images, but the texture pack creator may have used tracing software to make vector images off of the original textures. The texture pack I'm using (Hypatia) hasn't yet been converted to the new naming scheme, and running through the whole game isn't really an option, considering I've never played the original. Seeing 21:9 movies on 4:3 is still retarded though What's funny is that I'm okay with letterboxing 16:9 to 4:3 letterboxing 4:3 to 16:9, however, is just too mich for me. Seeing two gigantic black bars just feels fucking weird. I would if I hadn't bought a new 16:9 monitor. You sometimes see "un*x" which encompasses linux and all the unix variants (BSD is a unix derivative) but even when the dev only care about linux it usually works on *BSDs with minor work (or none at all). It's just because devs don't know better.
#RECOMPILE BLOCK TOO LARGE EPSXE PATCH#
The 2nd patch replaces sysctl (a linux-specific interface) with sysctlbyname (the FreeBSD equivalent) in order to retrieve the number of cores available at runtime.īut the majority of kernel APIs should be compatible out of the box. The first patch removes a return value, probably something clang didn't accept but GCC did? Generally the BSD folks will patch the applications themselves in their package/port tree:įor instance if you look at the desmune port you only have two short patches: BSD doesn't have a few of the more linux-specific kernel subsystems but it will generally have an alternative. /lgbt/ - Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender.
